My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't fully prepared, lacking essentials like towels and bottled water, but at least the AC was functioning well. The inside pool was clean, which was nice.

The hotel had friendly and helpful staff but the rooms with wood floors were not to my liking. The service was compensated for issues created, though could be uninterested at times. The location, although safe, did not meet some expectations and was a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was not complimentary, expensive, and mediocre. However, the facilities were functional and okay overall.

The hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms must've been the default one, as they lacked toiletry items and were very noisy, forcing me to turn off the old-style wall furnace. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and for the high price paid, the quality was poor.

The hotel had gorgeous rooms with a slight inconvenience of not being stocked with fresh towels on our second day despite being located conveniently across the room from the sink. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so accommodating, professional, and pleasant, minimizing any disruptions caused by renovations. The location, while good and close to all attractions, could be slightly better as it was somewhat far from downtown. The dining experience was decent, although some options were limited due to maintenance, and the facilities were neatly maintained.

Upon arrival, the hotel seemed like a 2-star or less property, giving off a vibe as if it was my first check-in experience. The service, however, surpassed my expectations, with the staff going out of their way to be very friendly and helpful. The location, although not too far from the airport and just off of I-40, was convenient for our stay, being close to downtown, the airport, and shopping destinations.
